Kimera in Uganda.

Our program focuses on uplifting the children as well as the community. We currently house 13 girls and 7 boys, however our service does  not stop there. The children in the whole village are welcomed to be part of the Kimera community. The can attend school, eat meals and receive clothes and shoes with no cost. And while only house 20 children total, we have between 25-35 children come through the program daily.

Besides providing the basic necessities for the children, we also provide clean water for the village community. Village members can gain access to water during the dry season.

Along with providing some basic necessities to the village, we also sponsor primary school sports. We have been big supporters of the football, athletics, netball, basketball and most definitely tennis.

Volunteers

There are many ways to touch some a child’s life. It can be through donating clothes or money, but I have found that time spent with the children brings out the best out of them. For that reasons we welcome all visitors. Tennis coaches, teachers of any subject and those whom want to spend time with the children and the home.
